Sleep and Wellbeing, with Helen McNamara

In this episode I am talking with Helen McNamara, a specialist Occupational Therapist who works in the field of Sleep. Helen talks about why sleep is so important for us to maintain physical and mental health, the different stages of sleep, and what is happening to us whilst we’re asleep. Helen also advises on how we can sleep better, common sleep disorders, and her journey of starting up a private sleep service.
